It's crazy to look back on, honestly. When I started this series, it wasn't even a series, it was meant to be a single story to dip my toes into the world of SFR, something I had only discovered just before plotting this. But when writing it up, it just didn't flow right, it didn't feel right, so I scrapped the plot and pantsed the story, writing whatever popped into my head. I had some help from an author friend to spice it up, but it evolved into a series because of this change, and I can't believe it. It's one of my most loved series, most loved characters, and I'm so happy to see that my purple aliens, octopus aliens, and humans have a home in so many hearts!💙
